优质护理对骨折患者骨折愈合及功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Quality Nursing on Fracture Healing and Function Recovery of Fracture Patients

目的探讨优质护理对骨折患者骨折愈合及功能恢复的影响。方法选择2016年7月—2017年4月云南省第一人民医院收治的156例骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,每组各78例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用优质护理。比较两组患者骨折愈合情况以及关节功能恢复情况。结果对照组患者骨折愈合有效率较对照组更高,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组关节功能恢复优良率优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论给予骨折患者优质护理,可有效促进骨折愈合及功能恢复,值得进一步推广。

Objective to investigate the effect of quality nursing on fracture healing and function recovery of fracture patients. Methods 156 patients with fracture treated in our hospital from July 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 78 cases. The control group was treated with routine care,and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing. The fracture healing and joint function recovery were compared between the two groups. Results the effective rate of fracture healing was higher in the control group than in the control group(P<0.05). The optimal rate of recovery of joint function in the observation group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion the quality nursing of fracture patients can effectively promote fracture healing and function recovery.
