两种手术方法治疗精索静脉曲张患者的疗效对比

Comparison of Efficacy of two Surgical Methods in Treating Varicose Veins of Spermatic Vein

目的对不同手术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效进行探讨。方法选择我院收治精索静脉曲张患者划分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组应用显微外科手术治疗,进行两组并发症发生情况、临床治疗效果的对比。结果治疗后两组a+b级精子指标、精子存活率、精子总数对比差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组妊娠率、动脉保留率比对照组高,并发症发生率比对照组低,住院时间比对照组短,手术时间比对照组长(均P<0.05)。结论应用显微外科手术进行精索静脉曲张治疗能够收获更好疗效,值得进行推广。

Objective to explore the curative effect of different surgical treatment of varicose varicose veins. Methods our hospital patients with varicocele was divided into control group and observation group and control group in application of laparoscopic surgery treatment,the observation group was treated with microsurgical operation,complications of the two groups,clinical therapeutic effect of contrast. Results there was no significant difference between the two groups of a + b sperm,sperm survival and sperm count(P BBB 0. 0.05).The pregnancy rate and arterial retention rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the hospital time was shorter than the control group and the operation time was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).
