腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术的效果研究

Effects of Lumbar Hard Combined Anesthesia and General Anesthesia on Femoral neck Fracture in Elderly Patients

目的探讨腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉在老年患者股骨颈骨折手术的效果。方法选择2014年5月—2017年5月来该院治疗的股骨颈骨折老年患者共76例,分为两组,A组和B组,每组38例。B组采用全身麻醉方案,A组采用腰硬联合麻醉方案,比较手术中低血压、高血压、心动过缓等发生率,同时比较术后患者与医师的满意度。结果在本研究中,A组低血压发生率高于B组,高血压发生率低于B组,术后不良反应发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组术后镇痛效果高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床股骨颈骨折手术中,采用腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉都有良好的效果,腰硬联合麻醉的术后镇痛效果更好,不良反应发生率更低,值得应用。

Objective to investigate the effect of lumbar hard combined anesthesia and general anesthesia on femoral neck fracture in elderly patients. Methods 76 cases of femoral neck fracture were divided into two groups,group A and group B,and 38 cases in each group. Group B,general anesthesia was used in group A,waist hard joint anesthesia was used in comparative incidence of low blood pressure,high blood pressure,bradycardia,etc in the operation,at the same time to compare postoperative patients and doctors' satisfaction. Results in this study,the incidence of low blood pressure is higher than group B,group A lower incidence of hypertension than group B,lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The postoperative analgesia in group A was higher than group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion clinical femoral neck fracture in the operation,using the waist hard joint anesthesia and general anesthesia has good effect,waist hard joint anesthesia postoperative analgesia effect better,lower incidence of adverse reactions,is worthy of application.
