颈椎牵引与桂枝加葛根汤联合治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Cervical Traction Combined with Guizhi Gegen Decoction in Patients with Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨颈椎牵引与桂枝加葛根汤联合应用于神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者中的临床效果。方法选择2015年7月—2016年12月该院收治的CSR患者110例,以随机数字表将其分为两组,即对照组与研究组各55例。对照组仅采取颌枕带颈椎牵引治疗,研究组在此基础上联合桂枝加葛根汤治疗。观察对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分的变化。结果研究组总有效率94.55%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05),研究组治疗后症状积分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈椎牵引与桂枝加葛根汤联合应用于CSR患者中的效果满意,适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical traction combined with Guizhi and Puerariae Decoction in patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis(CSR).Methods Totally 110 cases of CSR patients admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,that is,the control group and the study group,each with 55 cases.The control group was treated only by the treatment of the cervical vertebra traction with the jaw and occipital region.The study group was treated additionally with Guizhi and Puerariae Decoction.The clinical effect and change of symptom scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.55%,higher than that of the control group 80%(P<0.05),and the symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of cervical traction combined with Guizhi and Puerariae Decoction in CSR patients is satisfactory.It is suitable for clinical promotion.
