乙肝病毒性肝炎患者两对半临床医学检验分析

Analysis of Two Pairs of Semi Hepatitis B Clinical Tests in Patients with Hepatitis B

目的探讨乙肝病毒肝炎患者两对半临床医学检验。方法将该院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的110例乙肝病毒肝炎患者进行分析,对患者接受两对半检验,对检验的结果进行分析。结果 110例患者都是乙肝病毒行肝炎患者,其中有35例患者是大三阳患者,有48例患者是小三阳患者,有27例患者是其他类患者(Hbs Ag和Hbc Ab阳性或单纯Hbs Ag阳性),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行乙肝病毒性肝炎患者的检验中,采用两对半检验的方式,可以提高诊断的效果,患者定期进行两对半检验,可以有效的预防乙肝病毒性肝炎的预防作用,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To investigate the hepatitis B virus in patients with two pairs of semi hepatitis B by clinical examination.Methods A total of 110 cases of hepatitis B virus hepatitis patients in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed.The patients received two pairs of semi hepatitis B detection,the inspection results were analyzed.Results All patients were hepatitis B virus hepatitis patients,among them 35 patients are HBe Ag positive patients,48 patients were small Sanyang patients,27 cases of patients with other patients(Hbs Ag and Hbc Ab positive or Hbs Ag positive only),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Test of two pairs of semi hepatitis B in patients with hepatitis B virus hepatitis can improve the effect of diagnosis,with preventive effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
