经阴道手术治疗剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transvaginal Surgery on Cadaveric Uterine Scar Diverticulum

目的探讨对剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室患者进行阴道手术治疗的临床效果。方法从本院收治的剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室患者中抽取60例,并将其分为两组:常规组与鉴别组。采用传统方式对常规组患者进行治疗,对鉴别组患者则进行阴道手术治疗,对比分析两组患者经区别性治疗后的临床疗效。结果两者的临床总有效率分别为96.67%(鉴别组)和73.33%(常规组),鉴别组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室患者进行阴道手术治疗,可在优化其各项临床相关指标的基础上进一步促进治疗效果的有效提升,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal surgery in patients with cadaveric uterine scar diverticulum.Methods Sixty patients were sacrificed from the cadaveric uterine scar diverticulum patients admitted to our hospital and divided into two groups:the conventional group and the identification group.The conventional group of patients were treated with conventional treatment,the identification of patients underwent vaginal surgery.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 96.67%(73.33%)and 73.33%(conventional group),the identification group was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal surgery on patients with cesarean section of the uterine scar diverticulum can optimize their clinical indicators based on the further promotion of the effective improvement of treatment,it is worth learning.
