分析丙戊酸钠缓释片在老年癫痫治疗中的临床疗效

Clinical Analysis of Sodium Valproate Sustained-Release Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Epilepsy

目的对老年癫痫患者应用丙戊酸钠缓释片进行治疗的临床效果进行分析及研究。方法选取本院老年癫痫患者(共63例)随机分为研究组、对照组。研究组(32例)的治疗药物为丙戊酸钠缓释片,对照组(31例)的主要药物为苯巴比妥片,观察两组的效果。结果对照组总有效率(74.19%)低于研究组(96.88%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对老年癫痫患者应用丙戊酸钠缓释片进行治疗,可提高患者的生活质量,建议推广。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effects of sodium valproate sustained release tablets in elderly patients with epilepsy.Methods Elderly epilepsy patients in our hospital(63 cases)were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group(32 cases)was treated with sodium valproate sustained release tablets,while the control group(31 cases)was treated with Phenobarbital Tablets,and the effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective ratein the control group(74.19%)was lower than that in the study group(96.88%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with epilepsy with sodium valproate sustained-release tablets,improve the quality of life of patients,it is recommended to promote.
