米索前列醇用于预防经阴道自然分娩产后出血的疗效观察

Effect of Misoprostol on Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Vaginal Delivery

目的探讨米索前列醇用于预防经阴道自然分娩产后出血疗效。方法选取该院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的150例经阴道自然分娩产后出血的产妇,采用病床号单双数进行分组,分别为75例对照组,75例实验组。结果两组产妇不良反应情况对比,发生率有显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论索前列醇用于预防经阴道自然分娩产后出血疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,150 cases of transvaginal natural childbirth maternal postpartum hemorrhage were divided to two groups according the bed number and odd number groups,75 cases in each group.Results The incidence of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSprostol is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery,which is worth promoting.
