断掌再植术治疗掌部完全离断的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Replantation of Severed Palm Complete Amputation

目的研究断掌再植术治疗掌部完全离断的临床效果。方法对本院2015年1月—2016年8月收治的掌部完全离断患者采用断掌再植术进行治疗,术后行功能康复训练,随访观察手术治疗情况。结果随访3~12个月,平均6个月;术后再植手掌成活率为100%,无不良症状发生;有2例患者并发肌腱黏连,1例患者出现动脉危象,均予以对症处理后恢复;疗效评价有15例为优,8例为良,2例为差。结论掌部完全离断者采取断掌再植术治疗损伤,其再植手掌成活率高,安全性可靠。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of palm replantation of complete amputation.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016,patients with completely severed palm were treated with surgery treatment by replantation,postoperative rehabilitation training,and follow-up observation of the surgical treatment.Results The follow-up period lasted 3-12 month,with an average of 6 months after replantation of palm.The survival rate was 100%,with no adverse symptoms;there were 2 patients with tendon adhesion,1 cases of patients with arterial crisis,and all recovered after symptomatic treatment.Evaluation of curative effect of 15 cases were excellent,8 were good,2 cases were poor.Conclusion replantation surgery for patients with complete amputation could achieve high palm replantation survival rate,which is safe and reliable.
