综合护理干预对胸外科PICC置管期间并发症的预防价值评估

Evaluation of the Prevention of Complications in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of PICC Catheter by Comprehensive Nursing Intervention

目的观察探究综合护理干预对行PICC置管术的胸外科患者在PICC置管期间并发症的预防价值。方法选取本院2016年4月22日—2017年4月22日20例行PICC置管术的胸外科患者,将其依据计算机随机分组原则,等分为对照组(给予常规护理)和观察组(接受常规护理的同时给予综合护理干预),对比两组行PICC置管术的胸外科患者穿刺的成功情况以及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者穿刺的成功率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行PICC置管术的胸外科患者实施综合护理干预,不仅能够明显提高穿刺的成功率,还可以有效减少并发症的发生,该方法值得进行临床推广。

Objective To observe and explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on percutaneously insertedcentral catheter(PICC)patients in prevention of complications of PICC catheterization.Methods In our hospital from April 22,2016 to April 22,2017,20 cases of PICC catheterization patients in the Department of thoracic surgery were included and divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention),the success of thoracic surgery puncture and complications were compared between the two groups of PICC patients.Results Patients in the observation group with success puncture was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC catheterization in the Department of Thoracic Surgery patients with comprehensive nursing intervention,can significantly improve the success rate of puncture,and reduce the occurrence of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
