摘要目的评价分析NTpro-BNP检测在心力衰竭患者治疗和预后评估中的应用情况。方法按照随机数表法选择心力衰竭患者254例作为主要的研究主体部分,分析LVEF(左心室射血分数)以及MACE(主要不良心血管事件)受到心力衰竭患者的血浆NTproBNP的何种影响,分析其之间存在的联系。结果治疗之前,NYHA心功能分级跟血浆NTpro-BNP水平升高呈正比,血浆NTpro-BNP水平升高跟LVEF指标呈反比。治疗之后,NYHA心功能分级、MACE发生情况跟血浆NTpro-BNP水平下降呈反比。结论在早期诊治和预后评估心力衰竭患者的过程中,有效的采取血浆NTpro-BNP水平进行分析有着非常显著的临床指导意义,可以促使患者得到更为优质的预后效果。 Objective To evaluate and analyze the use of NT and pro-BNP in the evaluation of treatment and prognosis in patients with heart failure.Methods A Total of 254 patients with heart failure were randomly selected and studied.Results Before treatment,the cardiac function classification of NYHA was proportional to the increase of plasma NTpro and BNP levels.After treatment,the NYHA cardiac function classification and the occurrence of MACE were inversely proportional to the decrease in plasma NTpro and BNP levels.Conclusion The analysis of plasma NTpro-BNP level has a very significant clinical significance.
