摘要
目的讨论延续护理对COPD患者自我护理状况改善的效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月本院收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者作为此次研究对象,根据硬币法分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上实施延续护理,对其护理效果进行分析。结果护理后实验组患者自我护理状况明显优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理能有效提高COPD患者自我护理能力,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of continued nursing on self-care of COPD patients.Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were selected as the subjects.According to the coin method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group accept routine nursing.The experimental group patients accept the continued nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect were analyzed between groups.Results The self-care status of the patients after nursing in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continued nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability of COPD patients,has worth popularizing.
