摘要
3R原则(即替代,减少,优化)广泛适用于实验教学和任何科研领域的动物实验中。成功应用3R的关键是在收集数据之前,需要提前考虑好合理的实验设计和分析方法。很多实验设计原则,比如实验设计要有效、可靠和高效;实验结果的统计方法要清晰透明;在实验室确保对动物福利的尊重和理解,都是有助于实现3R原则目标的关键。
The 3 R principle(replacement,reduction,and refinement)could be apply to experimental teaching and animal experiments in any study.The key to the successful application of the 3 R principle is the need to prioritize reasonable experimental design and analysis methods before collecting data.Indeed,many design principles are the key to achieving the 3 R principle goal,such as design valid,reliable and efficient experiments;report the findings clearly and transparently;ensure that the respect and understanding of animal welfare play a central role in the laboratory.
