综合性护理干预对胸外科患者术后疼痛的影响分析

Comprehensive Analysis of the Influence of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain of Patients in the Department of Thoracic Surgery

目的观察综合性护理干预措施对胸外科患者术后疼痛的影响情况。方法选取本院120例胸外科术后的患者(2016年2月10日—2017年2月10日),随机分为对照组(护理工作者采用常规的护理方式)、观察组(护理工作者对其实施综合性护理干预措施),各60例,对比2组胸外科术后患者的护理满意度及疼痛评分情况。结果观察组胸外科术后患者的护理满意度较对照组高,对照组患者的术后疼痛评分高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论护理工作者对胸外科术后患者实施综合性护理干预措施能够提高患者的护理满意度,降低胸外科术后患者的疼痛评分。

Objective To observe the comprehensive nursing intervention on pain effect of thoracic surgery patients.Methods Totally 120 patients in the Department of Thoracic Surgery from February 10,2016 to February 10,2017 were included and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention),60 cases in each group.Nursing satisfaction and the pain scores of the patients were compared between groups after surgery in the Department of thoracic surgery.Results Satisfaction of patients in the observation group after surgery were higher than the control group,the pain score of observation group was higher than that of the control group after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the patients' satisfaction after surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,reduce the postoperative pain of patients.
