急诊预检分诊护理流程在急腹症患者诊治中的应用探讨

Emergency Triage Nursing Procedure in the Diagnosis and Treatment in Patients with Acute Abdomen

目的研究在急腹症患者诊治中应用急诊预检分诊护理流程的临床效果。方法选取该院收治的202例急腹症患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组101例患者。其中采用常规分诊的称为对照组,采取急诊预检分诊护理流程的称为观察组。观察两组患者对就诊的满意程度。结果观察组患者对本次就诊的满意程度远远优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在急腹症患者就诊的过程中,采用急诊预检分诊护理流程可以有效提升患者对就诊的满意程度。因此,急诊预检分诊护理流程值得被推广并应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of emergency triage nursing process on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute abdomen.Methods A total of 202 cases of acute abdomen in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,101 patients in each group.The conventional triage were given to the control group,while emergency triage nursing process were given to the observation group.The satisfaction degree of the two groups was observed.Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was much higer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute abdomen in emergency,triage nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve patients' satisfaction with treatment.Therefore,the emergency triage nursing process was worth promotion and application.
