摘要
目的对食道癌患者放疗期间接受饮食护理干预的营养状况进行观察和分析。方法随机选取该院98例食道癌患者纳入研究中,各49例。给予对照组患者常规护理,而观察组则以此为基础接受饮食护理,为期1月的护理干预,对两组患者的血红蛋白含量、血清白蛋白和淋巴细胞计数进行比较。结果通过对比患者的血红蛋白含量、血清白蛋白和淋巴细胞计数,观察组明显高于对照组,具有明显差异性,统计学具有意义(P<0.05)。结论食道癌患者通过接受饮食护理干预,在放疗期间的营养状况得到了显著的改善,是一种值得被推广的护理方法。
Objective To observe and analyze the nutritional status of esophageal cancer patients receiving dietary intervention during radiotherapy.Methods A total of 98 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital were randomly selected,wiht each of 49 cases.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group recieved nursing intervention for one month on the basis of acceptance of diet nursing.The hemoglobin content of the two groups of patients,serum albumin and lymphocyte count were counted and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the hemoglobin content,serum albumin and lymphocyte count in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer received dietary intervention has been significantly improved during the period of radiotherapy,and it is a widely accepted method of nursing.
