摘要
目的本次研究分析剖腹产产妇出现仰卧位低血压给予的护理措施,希望对仰卧位低血压综合征的预防提供帮助。方法以2015年08月01日—2017年08月11日于该院进行剖腹产手术的产妇200例作为本次研究主体,依据治疗时间分组,分析两组产妇的临床预防效果。结果干预组100例产妇之中共8例产妇出现低血压综合征,参照组100例产妇之中出现低血压综合征共31例,两组患者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论产妇接受仰卧位低血压综合征的预防和护理干预,能够保障产妇手术值得推广。
Objective To analyze the nursing measures of supine hypotension in caesarean section,in order to help prevent the supine hypotension syndrome.Methods From August 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital,200 cases of maternal cesarean section were selected as the research subject and divided into two groups according to treatment time.clinical preventive effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results In the intervention group,100 cases of maternal hypotension syndrome occurred in 8 cases,and 100 cases in the reference group with hypotension syndrome in 31 cases(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevention and nursing intervention of supine hypotension syndrome can ensure the operation safe of women.
