整体责任制护理在皮肌炎患者护理管理中的应用

Application of Holistic Nursing Care System in Nursing Management of Dermatomyositis Patients

目的探讨整体责任制护理在皮肌炎患者护理管理中的运用效果。方法选择本院从2015年9月—2016年9月期间收治的80例皮肌炎患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,观察采用整体责任制护理,对照组采用常规护理,对比两组患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意程度为100%,明显高于对照组的90.0%,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在有效率方面,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论整体责任制护理在皮肌炎患者护理管理中的运用,能够有效的提升患者的护理满意度,提升护理管理质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing care system in the nursing management of dermatomyositis patients.Methods Eighty patients with dermatomyositis from September 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,holistic nucrsing care system was adopted in the observation group,while conventional care was wsed in the contrd group and the satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 100%,which was obviously higher than that of the control group(90%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing care system in the nursing management of dermatomyositis patients can effectively improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing and improve the quality of nursing management.It is worth popularizing.
