泌尿系统结石患者的饮食危险因素调查及护理干预对策 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨泌尿系统结石患者的饮食危险因素,并提出相应的护理对策。方法对本院2012年5月—2017年5月收治的300例泌尿系统结石患者进行分析,记为观察组,选择在该院进行体检的300例健康患者作为对照组。结果两组患者的脂肪和蛋白质食用情况具有显著的差异,两组患者的吸烟和饮酒情况存在显著的差异。结论当人们具有吸烟和饮酒等不良习惯,患有泌尿系统结石的可能性会更高,平时要控制好生活习惯,并且多饮水,可以有效的控制泌尿系统结石的发生。 Objective To investigate the dietary risk factors of urinary calculi patients and propose corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods A total of 300 patients with urinary calculi were analyzed from May 2012 to May 2017,and the 300 healthy patients were selected as the control group for the observation group.Results there were significant differences in the consumption of fat and protein in the two groups,and there were significant differences in smoking and alcohol consumption in the two groups.Conclusion When people have the bad habits such as smoking and drinking,the possibility of suffering from urinary tract stones will be higher,at ordinary times to control good living habits,and more water,can effectively control the occurrence of urinary calculi.
