超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术的围手术期护理体会

Experience of Perioperative Nursing of Prostate Puncture Biopsy Guided by Ultrasound

目的对超声引导下行前列腺穿刺活检术患者围手术期护理工作的相关探讨。方法本次研究对象选取从2016年5月—2017年5月在该院行超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术的150例患者作为研究对象,在患者围手术期实施全方位的护理工作,对护理工作效果进行观察统计。结果术后共发生20例并发症,包括1例出血、10例尿潴留、9例高热。通过满意度调查显示,患者对护理工作的满意程度为100%。结论在超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术患者围手术期实施有效的护理工作,能够有效的降低术后并发症发生率,同时有助于促进患者对护理工作的满意程度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing in patients undergoing ultrasound-guided prostatic biopsy.Methods A total of 150 patients underwent ultrasonography-guided prostate biopsy from December 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled in this study.All-round care was performed during perioperative period.Nursing effect were observed.Results Twenty cases of complications occurred,including 1 case of bleeding,10 cases of urinary retention,8 cases of high fever and 1 case of infection.The patient's satisfaction with nursing work was 100%.Conclusion All-round care is effective to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and help to promote the satisfaction of nursing patients in the perioperative period of ultrasound-guided prostatectomy.It is worthy to be popularized.
