强化康复对中风后遗症期患者运动功能障碍的影响分析

Effect of Strengthening Rehabilitation on Motor Dysfunction in Patients with Stroke Sequelae

目的观察研究强化康复对中风后遗症期患者运动功能障碍的影响分析。方法该院于2016年8月—2017年8月收治的80例中风后遗症期患者,将其按照随机的方式分为两组,每组各40人。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加以强化康复护理,对比分析两组患者的临床护理效果和临床疗效。结果观察组患者的满意率(95%)远远大于对照组患者(65%)。结论强化康复对中风后遗症期患者运动功能障碍的缓解和康复有明显效果,值得进一步研究发展。

Objective To observe the effect of intensive rehabilitation on motor dysfunction in patients with stroke sequelae.Methods Eighty patients with stroke sequelae from August 2016 to August 2017 were divided into two groups according to the randomized method.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The clinical nursing effect and clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The satisfaction rate(95%)was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(65%).Conclusion The rehabilitation has obvious effect on the remission of motor dysfunction in patients with stroke sequelae,and it is worth further research and development.
