加强基础护理实验室建设提高实验教学效果分析

Strengthening the Construction of Basic Nursing Laboratory and Improving the Effect of Experiment Teaching

护理专业的人才培养,重点在于培养具有专业技能型的护理人才,在人才上岗就业前,通过不断的基础护理实践教学和训练,让人才能够胜任基础的护理工作,而在护理专业学生的教学中,模拟实践教学是重中之重,这就对护理实验室提出了较高的要求。本文分析了当前基础护理实验室教学中存在的三大主要问题,并通过分析研究当前基础护理实验室提升护理教学成效的有效途径。

The focus of nursing professional personnel training should be put on training nursing talents with professional skills.Basic nursing practice teaching and training talents should be applied before personnel employment to ensure nursing work competent basis,while for nursing students the teaching practice is the priority,which put forward higher requirements for the nursing laboratory.This paper analyzed three major problems existing in the teaching of basic nursing laboratory,to promote the nursing teaching through the analysis and research on the effective way of fundamental nursing laboratory.
