快速康复外科理念对卵巢癌术后康复的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Ovarian Cancer

目的对快速康复外科理念在卵巢癌术后康复中运用的效果分析。方法选取从2014年5月—2016年5月在该院行卵巢癌手术的患者作为研究对象,共计110例,对比两组患者术后康复时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者各项康复时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发生发生率为3.64%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于卵巢癌患者术后实施快速康复外科理念指导,能够有效的缩短康复时间,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on postoperative rehabilitation of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with ovarian cancer surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected,and the rehabilitation time and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The rehabilitation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the patients in the observation group was 3.64%,significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with ovarian cancer,the implementation of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can effectively shorten the rehabilitation time,and is worthy of promotion.
