血脂与血糖及肝功能检测对非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床意义探讨

Clinical Significance of Detection Blood Fat and Blood Sugar and Liver Function of in Patients With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝诊断中血脂、血糖联合肝功能检测的应用价值。方法抽取该院2016年5月—2017年5月收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者52例作为A组,另取同时期接诊的健康体检者52例作为B组,对所有受试者行血脂、血糖、肝功能检测,回顾性分析检测结果。结果 A组血脂、血糖及肝功能指标水平与B组均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血脂+血糖+肝功能检测用于非酒精性脂肪肝诊断价值较高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of blood lipid and blood glucose combined liver function in non-alcoholic fatty liver diagnosis.Method From May 2016 to May 2017,52 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected as A group,another 52 healthy cases at the same time accepts as group B.Test results of blood lipid,blood glucose,liver function test of all the subjects were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were statistical differences in blood lipid,blood glucose and liver function indexes in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood lipids,blood glucose,and liver function tests are valuable for nonalcoholic fatty liver diagnosis and are worth promoting.
