中药口腔护理液在ICU患者口腔护理中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oral Liquid in Oral Care of ICU Patients

目的探讨院内制剂中药口腔护理液在ICU危重患者口腔护理中的作用。方法将ICU的120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组使用生理盐水,观察组使用院内制剂中药口腔护理液,两组均按照常规口腔护理方法进行口腔护理,并观察记录两组病人口腔充血、糜烂、脓点、溃疡情况,有无口干、口苦及口臭等。结果观察组与对照组相比在预防口腔并发症方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论院内制剂中药口腔护理液用于危重患者口腔并发症的预防,效果明显优于生理盐水比较,且口感好,患者易于接受。

Objective To investigate the effect of oral preparation of Chinese herbal medicine in oral care of critical patients in ICU. Methods A total of 120 ICU patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group were given normal saline,while the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine preparations for oral care solution,two groups all received conventional oral nursing method for oral care. Oral complications including oral hyperemia,erosion,ulcer,pus,dry mouth,bitter taste and bad breath were recorded and compared between groups. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significant difference in the prevention of oral complications(P<0.05). Conclusion The oral preparation of traditional Chinese medicine of the hospital was effective for the prevention of oral complications in critically ill patients,the effect is significantly better than that of physiological saline,with good taste and easy to be accepted.
