临床路径应用在小儿肺炎护理中对患儿并发症影响的分析

Analysis of the effect of clinical pathway application in children's pneumonia nursing on children's complications

目的探讨临床路径应用在小儿肺炎护理中对患儿并发症影响。方法选择2016年3月—2017年7月80例小儿肺炎患儿分组。对照组用常规护理方法,观察组则实施临床路径护理。比较干预效果。结果观察组小儿肺炎缓解率、治疗配合度、家长对肺炎知识的认知、对护理的满意度、平均住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论临床路径应用在小儿肺炎护理中效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pediatric pneumonia on the complication of children. Methods March 2016-July 2017 80 cases of children with pneumonia were divided into groups. The control group with conventional nursing methods,the observation group is the implementation of clinical pathology. More intervention effect. Results The rate of pneumonia remission,the degree of treatment,the knowledge of parents about pneumonia,satisfaction with nursing,average length of hospital stay and complication in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical pathology in pediatric pneumonia is effective and worthy of promotion.
