摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念(FST)在心脏外科手术护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2015年7月—2017年7月接收的90例心脏外科手术患者随机均分为对照组与FST组,分别实施常规护理与FST护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果 FST护理后,FST组患者的并发症发生率及护理满意率显著优于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对心脏外科手术实施FST护理可以显著降低术后并发症的发生,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of FST in cardiac surgery nursing. Methods Ninty patients with cardiac surgery received by our hospital in the past 2 years were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and FST group(FST care). The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After FST treatment,the complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of patients in FST group were significantly better than those in control group,and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions FST care could reduce post-sugery complication in cardiac surgery,shorten admission time and improve patients' satisfaction rate.
