无痛分娩对产程及妊娠结局影响的临床观察及效果评价

Clinical Observation and Effect Evaluation of Painless Lon Labor and Pregnancy Outcome

目的评价无痛分娩对产程及妊娠结局的影响。方法收集本院2017年3月—2017年8月接收的产妇100名,按数字奇偶法分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各50名,观察并对比两组产程及妊娠结局情况。结果观察组剖宫产率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组产妇产后出血率及新生儿窒息率对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、产妇疼痛评分以及产后出血量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无痛分娩可显著减轻产妇的分娩疼痛,缩短产程时间,降低剖宫产率,减少产后出血风险。

Objective To evaluate the effect of painless labor on labor and pregnancy outcome. Methods From March 2017 to August 2017,100 puerpera were collected and divided into two groups,control group and observation group,50 in each group. Labor and the pregnancy outcome were observed and compared between groups. ResultsThe rate of cesarean section was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of postpartum bleeding rate and neonatal asphyxia(P<0.05). The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)in the first stage of labor,second delivery time,maternal pain score and postpartum bleeding. Conclusion Painless labor can significantly reduce maternal labor pain,shorten labor time,reduce cesarean section rate,and reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage.
