50例妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Endometriosis in 50 Cases of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨50例妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症治疗方法和临床效果。方法选择2016年6月—2017年6月该院收治的50例妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行一次性清扫术和针对性用药治疗,并对患者恢复情况进行随访。结果上述50例患者手术后均得到有效治疗,术后随访未发现有复发和临床不良反应情况发生,术后治疗有效率为100%。结论采用一次性清扫术和针对性用药治疗,能够有效提高治疗有效率,减少临床复发率,值得在临床治疗中大力推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the treatment and clinical effect of 50 cases of endometriosis with obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Fifty patients with endometriosis were enrolled in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017. All patients underwent one-time dissection and targeted medication. Restoration was followed up. Results Fifty patients were treated with effective treatment. No recurrence and clinical adverse reactions were observed after operation. The effective rate was 100% after operation. Conclusion One-time dissection and targeted drug therapy can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment and reduce the clinical recurrence rate,it is worth in the clinical treatment to promote and apply.
