咖啡酸片对化疗所致白细胞及血小板减少的预防作用

Preventive Effect of Caffeic Acid Tablets on Chemotherapy-Induced Leukocyte Depletion

目的观察咖啡酸片在肿瘤患者化疗时白细胞及血小板减少的预防作用。方法将62例肿瘤患者随机分为A组和B组。按指定的化疗方案完成化疗,患有同一种疾病的患者选用同一化疗方案。A组化疗开始时口服咖啡酸片,持续到化疗结束;B组不服用。结果化疗后A组与B组患者相比白细胞及血小板减少发生率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论咖啡酸片升高白细胞及血小板的作用显著,对肿瘤患者化疗所致白细胞减少起到有效预防作用,同时可以升高血小板以及防止出血并发症,明显提高患者的化疗耐受性。

Objective To observe the preventive effect of caffeic acid tablets on leukocyte depletion in tumor patients during chemotherapy. Methods Sixty-two cases of tumor patients were randomly divided into group A and B. Chemotherapy were performed according to the prescribed chemotherapy regimen,and the same chemotherapy regimen were used in the same disease. Group A received oral caffeic acid tablets at the beginning of chemotherapy and continued until the end of chemotherapy;while group B did not take it. Results Compared with group B,the incidence of WBC decreased significantly in group A after chemotherapy(P<0.05). Conclusion the effect of Caffeic acid Tablets elevated white blood cells significantly,can effectively prevent chemotherapy-induced leukopenia and thrombocytopenia,and prevent tumor bleeding,significantly improve the tolerance to chemotherapy patients.
