评价头孢曲松治疗早期梅毒的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and Safety of Ceftriaxone in the Treatment of Early Syphilis

目的评价头孢曲松治疗早期梅毒的疗效、安全以及应用价值。方法选取2008年3月—2013年5月该院收治的63例早期梅毒患者。采取随机数字表法随机分成观察组与对照组。观察组34例患者采取头孢曲松治疗,对照组33例患者采取苄星青霉素治疗。统计两组63例患者总有效率、不良反应并进行比较。结果采用头孢曲松治疗的观察组34例患者总有效率、不良反应发生率与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢曲松治疗在梅毒治疗中发挥了优秀的作用,症状改善时间较短,见效快且无明显不良反应,安全性较高,值得推广并广泛应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy,safety and application value of ceftriaxone in the treatment of early syphilis. Methods Six-three patients with early syphilis were selected from our hospital in May-2013 March 2008,and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group(34 cases)was treated with ceftriaxone,and the control group(33 cases)was treated with benzyl penicillin. The total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the 34 patients in the observation group treated with ceftriaxone were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Ceftriaxone treatment plays an outstanding role in the treatment of syphilis,the symptom improvement time is short,quick effect and no obvious adverse reactions,high safety,it is worth promoting and widely used.
