贝那普利与前列腺素E_1联合在糖尿病肾病治疗中的疗效及对蛋白尿的影响分析

Effect of Combination of Benazepril and Prostaglandin E_1 in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Effect on Proteinuria

目的探讨在糖尿病肾病治疗中应用贝那普利与前列腺素E_1联合治疗的临床效果以及对蛋白尿的影响。方法选取该院收治的102例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例,对照组患者采用贝那普利进行治疗,观察组患者采用贝那普利联合前列腺素E_1进行治疗,对两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后蛋白尿情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患者治疗疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者24 h尿微白蛋白排泄量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病肾病患者采用贝那普利联合前列腺素E_1治疗,临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Benazepril combined with prostaglandin E_1 in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and the influence on proteinuria. Methods A total of 102 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group,the control group was treated with Benazepril therapy,the observation group were treated with Benazepril combined with prostaglandin E_1 treatment,comparative analysis of treatment of two groups of patients before and after treatment of proteinuria was conducted. Results The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24 h urinary albumin excretion of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Benazepril combined prostaglandin E_1 treatment of diabetic nephropathy,the clinical effect is remarkable,it is worth promoting.
