摘要
目的探讨中医院门诊微信预约挂号服务的应用。方法通过微信预约挂号服务实施4个月后,对比门诊量和预约挂号量。结果实施微信预约挂号服务模式后,预约挂号量占比门诊量由6.44%增至11.65%,涨幅为5.21%。结论采用微信预约挂号的服务模式不仅可以完善预约门诊治疗体系,还为院方信息化建设提供了便捷、快速、方便的平台,提高了预约挂号的就诊率,通过也缩短了病患的治疗时间,并值得做全面推广。
Objective To explore the application of Wechat appointment registration service in the outpatient clinic of Chinese Medicine Hospital. Methods The number of outpatient appointments and registration registrations during the period of 4 months after the appointment of Wechat appointment registration services were compared. Results After the implementation of We Chat appointment registration service mode,the number of registered appointments increase to 11.65%,higer than the previous 6.44%,with a increase of 5.21%. Conclusion The adoption of Wechat appointment registered service mode,not only improved the appointment of outpatient treatment system,but also provides a convenient,fast and convenient platform for hospital information construction,improves the visiting rate of appointment registration,and also shortens the treatment time of patients and deserves to be promoted.
