颈外静脉留置针在小儿神经内科临床护理的应用

Clinical Application of Jugular Vein Indwelling Needle in Pediatric Nursing

目的探究颈外静脉留置针在小儿神经内科的临床应用和护理。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在本院就诊的小儿神经内科浅表穿刺困难患儿共70例,随机分为两组,每组35例。两组患者均给予颈外静脉留置针,在此基础上对照组进行常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,对两组患者临床应用效果与护理效果进行科学比较。结果全部患者的一次性穿刺成功率高达95.71%;观察组的满意度与护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿神经内科中应用颈外静脉留置针和优质护理可以极大的提高一次性穿刺成功率和护理质量,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the clinical application and nursing of external jugular vein indwelling needle in pediatric neurology department. Methods A total of 70 children with superficial puncture difficulty in Department of Neurology in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given external jugular vein indwelling needle,on this basis,the control group received routine care,wihle the observation group was given high quality nursing. Clinical application effect and nursing effect of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The onetime puncture success rate of all patients was as high as 95.71%;the satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of external jugular vein indwelling needle and high quality nursing in pediatric neurology,which can greatly improve the success rate of one-time puncture and the quality of nursing,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
