摘要
目的探究优质护理干预在耳鼻咽喉科护理中的应用价值。方法选择该院耳鼻咽喉科自2016年1月—2016年8月收治的60例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用优质护理干预,比较两组患者对护理工作的总满意率。结果研究组患者对护理工作的总满意率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉科护理中的应用优质护理干预,能有效提升患者对护理治疗工作的满意程度,有助于改善护患关系。
Objective To explore the value of nursing intervention in otolaryngology quality of care. Methods From January 2016 to August 2016,a total of 60 patients admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology were included and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group. The control group were given conventional nursing. The experiment group were given high quality nursing care,and the overall nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The overall satisfaction rate of the study group(96.7%)was higher than that of the control group(80%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in the treatment of otolaryngology can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing patients,and help to improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
