护理干预对胃肠术后腹腔冲洗患者心理的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Mental Patients with Peritoneal Lavage after Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的探讨腹腔双套管持续冲洗引流联合个体化护理干预对胃肠术后吻合口瘘患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选择本院2016年1月—2017年5月共计50例实行结直肠癌根治手术患者,并对其进行双套管持续引流冲洗治疗,对对照组与观察组实行差异化的护理干预方式,观察两组的负性情绪改善情况。结果一个月后两组的负性情绪均明显改善,两组间差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用腹腔双套管持续冲洗引流联合个体化护理干预对胃肠术后吻合口瘘患者有着较好的效果,适用于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous abdominal double cannula lavage intervention on negative emotion of patients with fistula and nursing satisfaction with postoperative gastrointestinal drainage combined with individualized nursing. Methods From January 2016 May 2017 a total of 50 cases of colorectal cancer patients, and the continuous drainage of double pipe irrigation treatment. In the control group and the observation group the way to implement the differentiated nursing intervention, The improvement of negative emotions of the two groups were observed. Results After a month of negative emotion in the two groups were significantly improved, there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Using abdominal double cannula Continuous irrigation and drainage combined with individualized nursing intervention has a good effect on patients with anastomotic leakage after gastrointestinal surgery, and it is suitable for clinical promotion.
