PDCA护理管理程序对血液病患者PICC护理效果的影响

Effect of Nursing Management of PDCA Program on Patients with Blood Diseases Undergoing PICC

目的探究经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)护理中PDCA护理管理的应用效果。方法根据PICC术后的不同护理管理方式,将100例血液病患者分成两组,对照组和观察组均为50例,观察两组一般情况。结果观察组患者在并发症感染性(导管感染、静脉炎、穿刺点感染)、非感染性(导管脱落、堵塞)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);组间留置导管时间比较(P<0.01)。结论血液病患者PICC护理过程中予以PDCA护理管理模式,可显著降低并发症,促进PICC效果,有利于提升护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)application effect of PDCA nursing management in patients with blood diseases. Methods A total of 100 patients were equally divided into observation group and control group. The general situation of the two groups was observed. Results Compared with the control groups,complications,the incidence infectious(catheter infection and phlebitis,the puncture point infection)and non-infection(catheter shedding,blockage)of the observation group were lower(P<0.05);there was statistical differences were in indwelling catheter time between groups(P<0.01). Conclusion PDCA nursing management mode in the process of PICC nursing in patients with hematologic diseases can significantly reduce the complications,promote the effect of PICC,improve the quality of nursing,which is worthy of popularization and application.
