针对护理在负压封闭引流治疗骨创伤创面中的应用

Application of Targeted Nursing in Treatment of Bone Trauma by Negative Pressure

目的研究针对护理在负压封闭引流治疗骨创伤创面中的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年3月—2016年8月诊治的120例接受VSD治疗骨创伤创面患者,分为对照组和研究组,每组各60例,对照组采用普通护理,实验组实行针对护理,对比两组护理情况。结果实验组患者治疗情况和并发症发生情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对骨创伤创面患者接受VSD治疗后,根据患者不同症状采取针对性护理,能提高患者治疗情况,减少并发症发生和患者痛苦,利于患者早日康复。

Objective To study the effect of nursing in the treatment of bone wound wounds with negative pressure and drainage. Methods A total of 120 patients treated with VSD from March 2015 to August 2016 were divided into control group and study group,60 patients in each group,Control group were treated with conventional nursing. The experimental group was treated with targeted nursing. Treatment effects were compared between groups. Results The incidence of treatment and complications in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions After treatment with VSD in patients with traumatic brain injury,according to the different symptoms of patients,targeted care can improve the treatment of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and pain,which help patients recover soon.
