静脉药物配置中心的建立对临床护理工作的影响

Effect of Establishment of Intravenous Drug Distribution Center on Clinical Nursing Work

目的研究静脉药物配置中心的建立对临床护理工作的影响。方法以2016年1月—2017年1月本院收治的120例患者为研究对象,抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组患者各60例,研究组在静脉药物配置中心实施配置,对照组实施常规静脉药物配置,对比两种方式对临床护理工作的影响。结果研究组患者处方缺陷发生率5.0%低于对照组16.7%,配药时间少于对照组,患者护理质量评分高于对照组,两组相比存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论静脉药物配置中心的建立对临床护理工作产生了积极的影响,具有应用的价值。

Objective To study the effect of establishment of intravenous drug distribution center on clinical nursing work. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,120 patients in our hospital were selected and enrolled in this study. According to the lottery method,patients were divided into study group and control group,with 60 patients each group. The study group was configured at the venous drug dispensing center,the control group was treated with conventional intravenous drug configuration.The effects of the two methods on clinical nursing work were compared. Results The incidence of prescription defects in the study group was 5.0% lower than that in the control group 16.7%,the dispensing time was less than that of the control group,The quality of patients was higher than that of the control group,there were significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of venous drug distribution center has had a positive impact on clinical nursing work,and has the value of application.
