摘要
目的研究拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗价值及效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年4月在本院就诊的52例妊娠期高血压疾病孕产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为两组,每组26例。对照组用药采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组用药为拉贝洛尔+硫酸镁。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组妊娠期高血压疾病转归情况、妊娠不良结局、尿蛋白量、新生儿出生2 min内Apgar评分、血压情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗价值及效果确切,可有效改善血压水平,减少母婴不良结局的出现,具有安全有效的特点,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic value and effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate on gestational hypertension.Methods From January 2016 to April 2017,52 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were divided into two groups(26 case each group) according to the random number table.Control group were given magnesium sulfate,while the observation group medication were given labetalol + magnesium sulfate.Treatment effects were compared between groups.Results In the observation group,the outcome of pregnancy-induced hypertension,adverse pregnancy outcome,urine protein content,Apgar score and blood pressure within 2 min of newborn infants were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of labetalol and magnesium sulfate has definite therapeutic value and effect on gestational hypertension,which can effectively improve the blood pressure level and reduce the occurrence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes.It is safe and effective and should be popularized.
