护理安全管理在骨科护理管理中的应用探讨

目的探讨护理安全管理在骨科护理管理中的应用。方法选取本院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的骨科患者,分析护理安全管理制度,对安全管理措施前后患者的病情进行分析,对相关资料进行总结,对护理安全管理的满意度分析。结果患者在接受护理安全管理后,总体康复水平、护理安全性和综合护理水平等都得到改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科患者护理中,护理安全管理制度非常关键,可以使治疗效果得到稳步提升,防止各类风险的产生,提升患者的护理满意度,可以完善护理人员的责任意识,患者的生活质量也能提升。

Objective To explore the application of nursing safety management in nursing management in department of orthopedics.Methods The patients from Department of Orthopedics in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed,and the nursing safety management system was analyzed,the patient's condition before and after safety management measures were analyzed.The related data were summarized,and the satisfaction degree of nursing safety management was analyzed.Results After receiving the nursing safety management,the overall rehabilitation level,nursing safety and comprehensive nursing level were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In Department of Orthopedics,nursing safety management system is the key for patient care,the treatment effect can be steadily promoted,and all kinds of risks can be prevented,improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing can improve the sense of responsibility of nursing staff,the quality of life of patients can also be improved.
