激素联合免疫抑制剂治疗天疱疮引起真菌感染的危险因素及护理

The Combination of Hormone Combined Immunosuppressive Agents to Treat the Risk Factors and Nursing of Fungal Infection

目的研究分析激素联合免疫,治疗天疱疮感染真菌的各种危险因素和有效护理办法。方法选取入院治疗的100例激素联合免疫治疗天疱疮真菌的患者,进行有效的临床资料治疗分析,研究其实际的危险因素和护理办法。结果 100例患者中有75例患者全部治愈,有效治愈率为75%。患者未发生复发问题,其他部分容易发生真菌感染问题的威胁,通过有效的护理干预可以有效的减少天疱疮真菌感染的各类问题。结论天疱疮治疗过程中需要重视对患者的免疫力改善处理过程,掌握激素的使用量和使用时间,合理的使用抗生素。

Objective To study the various risk factors and effective nursing methods for the treatment of fungal infection of blisters.Methods To select 100 patients who were admitted to the hospital for treatment with ustb,to conduct effective clinical data treatment analysis,study its actual risk factors and nursing methods.Results 75 of the 100 patients were cured,and the effective cure rate was 75%.The patient has no recurrence,and other parts are susceptible to fungal infection,Effective nursing intervention can effectively reduce the various problems of epiphytic fungal infection.Conclusion The treatment process of patients with pemphigus should be emphasized in the process of improving the treatment of immunity,mastering the use of hormones and the use of antibiotics.
