摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预应用在精神分裂症患者中的临床价值。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组加用针对性心理护理干预,比较两组患者护理前后简明精神病量表(BPRS)评分与康复疗效评定量表(IRPOS)评分。结果两组患者护理前BPRS与IRPOS评分比较无差异(P>0.05),护理后研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者予以心理护理干预可以更好地改善患者的症状,提高康复效果,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of psychological nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The study group was treated with targeted psychological nursing intervention.The BPRS scores and rehabilitation efficacy scores of two groups were compared Scale(IRPOS)score.Results There was no difference in BPRS and IRPOS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the nursing group was significantly better than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).ConclusionPsychological nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia can better improve the symptoms of patients,improve the rehabilitation effect,it is worth learning from.
