生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床护理研究

Clinical Nursing Research of Biofeedback Stimulation for Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Diseases

目的探索生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床护理效果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月本院收治的78例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者作为调查对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例,两组患者均实施生物反馈电刺激,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组接受康复护理,分别观察两组患者性生活满意度、尿失禁以及盆腔器官脱垂情况。结果观察组患者性生活满意度、尿失禁和盆腔器官脱垂情况明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者实施康复护理可有效提升患者盆底功能康复,降低尿失禁和盆腔器官脱垂情况。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of biofeedback stimulation on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods Data were collected from 78 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.All patients underwent pelvic floor dysfunction with biofeedback stimulation.Patients in control group received routine nursing care and observation group received rehabilitation nursing care.Sexual satisfaction,urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse in two groups were observed.Results The sex life satisfaction,urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for postoperative pelvic floor dysfunction with biofeedback stimulation can effectively improve pelvic floor functional rehabilitation and reduce urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
