手术治疗急性老年人阑尾炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment for Acute Elderly Appendicitis

目的探讨手术治疗老年人急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选取本院于2007年4月—2017年4月收治的128例老年急性阑尾炎患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 128例老年急性阑尾炎患者经手术治疗后均痊愈,平均手术时间(54.71±4.69)min,住院时间(6.81±1.29)天;其中出现切口感染者8例,发生肠粘连2例,并发症的发生率为7.82%(10/128);结论老年急性阑尾炎患者应尽早进行手术治疗,在诊断时应全面仔细,对于术后并发症应及时进行处理。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment for acute appendicitis.MethodsThe clinical data of 128 elderly patients with acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively from April 2007 to April 2017 in our hospital.Results The patients with old acute appendicitis were all cured after surgery,the average operation time of patients was 54.71±4.69 minutes,and the length of hospital stay of patients was 6.81±1.29 days.There were 8 cases of incision infection and 2 cases of intestinal adhesion,and the incidence of complications was 7.82%(10/128).Conclusion Patients with acute appendicitis should have early operation,the diagnosis should be thoroughly and carefully,and the postoperative complications should be dealt with in a timely manner.
