中西医结合治疗高血压病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Treatment of Hypertension

目的探讨分析中西医结合治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法选取本院2015年9月—2016年9月收治的118例高血压病患者,根据治疗方法将其均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上添加中医治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、各项指标以及不良反应等情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显低于对照组,两组差异具有显著统计学意义。两组患者舒张压、收缩压、体质指数对比和不良反应发生率差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用中西医结合治疗高血压病效果显著,可提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 118 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine.In the observation group,traditional Chinese medicine were applied based on the treatment of Western medicine.Treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.There were significant differences in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,body mass index and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hypertension with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in improving the quality of life of patients and deserves clinical promotion.
