摘要 目的探究并分析血清降钙素原联合尿液肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)对小儿脓毒血症并发急性肾损伤的临床早期诊断价值。方法选取本院接受诊治的脓毒血症65例患儿作为研究对象,以急性肾损伤(AKI)的诊断标准为依据,35例分为AKI组,30例分为非AKI组;再选取健康的儿童30例作为对照组,观察并比较三组患儿的尿液肾损伤分子-1(KIM-1)、血清降钙素原(PCT)以及血肌酐(SCr)的含量。结果三个组的KIM-1、PCT、SCr的含量有显著差异,差异具有统计学意义。结论血清降钙素原、尿液肾损伤分子-1等对小儿脓毒血症并发急性肾损伤的临床早期诊断具有积极的意义,值得在临床上广泛应用。 Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of serum procalcitonin combined with urine nephrotoxic molecule-1(KIM-1) in early diagnosis of acute renal injury in children with sepsis.Method Totally 65 children with sepsis admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study.Based on the diagnostic criteria of acute kidney injury(AKI),35 patients were assigned to the AKI group and 30 patients in the AKI group.Thirty healthy children were selected as the control group.KIM-),serum procalcitonin(PCT) and serum creatinine(SCr) content were detected compared between groups.Results The contents of KIM-1,PCT and SCr in the three groups were significantly different,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Serum procalcitonin and KIM-1 It has a positive meaning for early clinical diagnosis of acute sepsis in children with sepsis and deserves to be widely used clinically.
