活血健骨汤治疗骨性关节炎的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Huoxue Jiangu Decoction in Treatment of Osteoarthritis

目的探讨活血健骨汤治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取本院于2014年1月—2017年1月期间收治的100例骨关节炎患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用复方杜仲健骨颗粒进行治疗,研究组患者采用活血健骨汤进行治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的临床有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的78.0%,组间比较差异显著(χ2=4.28,P<0.05);结论骨关节炎患者采用活血健骨汤进行治疗可提高临床治疗效果,供临床参考与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the effect of Huoxue Jiangu Decoction in treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with osteoarthritis from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 50 cases;the control group received compound Duzhong Jiangu Granule;the study group received Huoxue Jiangu Decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The clinical efficiency of the study group was 96.0%,higher than the control group of 78.0%,there were significant differences between two groups(χ2=4.28,P<0.05).ConclusionHuoxue Jiangu Decoction treatment for patients with osteoarthritis can improve the clinical effect.
