本文总结了108例房颤患者服用华法令抗凝治疗的护理。对患者实施华法令服药相关知识的健康宣教,并做好跟踪回访,提高患者的自我管理意识,减少不良事件的发生。
To summarize the nursing care of 108 cases of atrial fibrillation in patients taking warfarin anticoagulation therapy.Carry out warfarin medication-related health education,make follow-up visits to patients,improve patient self-management consciousness,reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
