HPV检测与TCT检查在宫颈癌筛查中的应用

Analysis of HPV Detection and TCT Examination in Cervical Cancer Screening

目的探讨HPV检测与TCT检查在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法选取在本院接受宫颈癌筛查的260例女性,均进行HPV和检测和TCT检查,对比不同检查方法的准确性。结果 HPV检测阳性检出率与病理检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但TCT检查阳性检出率与病理检查结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HPV检测联合TCT检查宫颈癌的敏感性,特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确性均显著高于HPV检测和TCT检查(P<0.05)。结论 HPV检测联合TCT检查有助于提高宫颈癌的诊断准确率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the application value of HPV detection and TCT examination in cervical cancer screening.Methods Totally 260 women who received cervical cancer screening in our hospital were examined by HPV and TCT,the accuracy of different examination methods were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the positive rate of HPV detection and pathological examination results(P>0.05);but the positive rate of TCT examination and pathological examination results showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of HPV detection combined with TCT in cervical cancer were significantly higher than single detection of HPV or TCT(P<0.05).Conclusion HPV detection combined with TCT examination is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of cervical cancer,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
